Childcare for Parents in Recovery • Building Stronger Families Together
CourageCrew supports parents in recovery by removing barriers to their healing journey. Our primary focus is providing safe, supervised childcare so parents can attend meetings, therapy, and court-mandated programs without worrying about their children. Introducing CrewCare — our flagship childcare service designed to remove barriers for parents in recovery.

"Recovery is hard enough. Childcare shouldn't be a barrier to healing. CrewCare makes it possible for parents to focus on their journey while knowing their children are safe, cared for, and loved."
Recovery is a family journey. When parents have the support they need—including safe childcare—they can focus on healing. We believe in removing barriers, building community, and creating hope through practical support and storytelling.
We lead with empathy and understanding, recognizing that every family's recovery journey is unique.
Recovery thrives in community. We build connections and support networks that last beyond meetings.
We don't just talk about change—we create it through practical services and real support.
